Privacy

Only what the form asks for, and only if you send it:

• Your name, and a WhatsApp number, WeChat ID or phone number.
• Your email address, if you give one.
• The country you live in or your passport country, the tier you are looking at, how many people would apply, and when you want to apply.
• Anything you type in the optional box.
• The page you were on, the site that sent you, and your device type, so we know which page produced the enquiry. We keep a hashed form of your connection address to limit abuse, not the address itself.

We do not ask for passport numbers, identity numbers, bank details or financial documents. The agent asks for those after you speak, and they are the agent's to handle, not ours.

When you tick the box and send the form, we pass your details to a licensed MM2H agent we work with. They may contact you about MM2H. They are a business we work with, and we may be paid if you become their client.

We do not sell your details to anyone else, and we do not send them to other agents unless the form names them.

Our site is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are stored in a database from Supabase, in the ap-south-1 region. Email is sent through Resend. We use Google Analytics to count visits. These providers process data on our behalf.

We keep an enquiry for 12 months, then delete it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@mm2hagentmy.com. If you have already been passed to an agent, ask them as well, because they keep their own record.
